Many of the images on this website are taken from 'The Great Seals of England' by Allan Wyon F.R.G.S.. Unfortunately it is impractical to present the complete text here, as the capture of the complete text would require more time and resources than I have available. However, I have included the three introductory text sections from the book for you to read.
If you are interested in this subject, it is highly recommended that you obtain a copy of this book and read through it. The book is rare, and expensive (approx £500), so ordering it from your local library is probably the best option. If you are a member of the Royal or British Numismatic Societies, the book is available from the Joint Library.
