Sizes varied from 1/64 of a pint to 1 gallon but not all sizes were offered at the same time. Information is limited by my only being able to trace details from three Doulton catalogues, one of which is undated. Doulton & Watts 1873 (yes I know Doulton & Watts was supposed to have ended in 1854!). Royal Doulton (date stated as c1914) and Royal Doulton 1930
Note: All units are in pints.
